Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at: contact@blitzandbro.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Printful, Parcs Lidostas, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions — Non-returnable items
All of our products are made to order (print-on-demand). As such, they are considered goods made to the consumer’s specifications within the meaning of European Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)) and are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal for change of mind.

Therefore, returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the appearance of the product are not accepted. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Manufacturing defects
In the event of a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during delivery, we will cover the cost of a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional charge. Please contact us at contact@blitzandbro.com and include supporting photos.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the item concerned, if eligible, and place a separate new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
